The hybrid
Sedan through 56-passenger coach from one operator is the thing almost nobody in either metro can do on one contract. A conference booking a 56-pax also needs sedans for the keynote speaker; pure-play limo operators farm out the coach and pure-play motorcoach farms out the sedan, and both lose margin at the seam.
